We booked a 3-day Breakaway tour with 44-5 to include a supported ride up Mont Ventoux. From the moment we booked 4 months before the trip through to our return home, the service John and Gerry provided was exceptionally professional, friendly and flexible. They had booked us into a great hotel and were able to recommend good restaurants in the area.
I highly recommend a supported ride up Mont Ventoux. Having someone carry extra bottles, gels, clothing, etc. was really useful and knowing there would be some mechanical support should we need it was reassuring. John stopped every km or so to encourage us, check if we needed anything and also took some great photos. A fantastic morning!
The rides in the surrounding countryside on the following two mornings were also stunning. We would not hesitate to use their services again next time we’re looking to do a cycling holiday in their region.
