This year’s Etape du Tour Femmes will start in the Roman town of Vaison-la-Romaine, rolling through the beautiful Baronnies and Dentelles de Montmirail, with an epic finish on Le Géant itself, Mont Ventoux!
44|5 Cycling Tours has secured a lovely Provencal farmhouse for your accommodation, situated in the shadow of Mont Ventoux. We will pick you up at Marseille airport and from then on your transport, meals and accommodation are taken care of. We can also help arrange a high-performance carbon-fiber bike for you on request. Let us take care of the logistics and support so you can make the most of your Etape weekend.
We will also be offering an Extension Tour, so that you can stay on in sunny Provence and ride more of the fabulous roads in the area.

Day to Day
After greeting you at the arrival airport on Friday we’ll visit the Etape Village to pick up race packs before checking into our Provencal farmhouse. In the afternoon we’ll build and adjust bikes, making sure they are ready for the big day. On Saturday morning we’ll hop on our bikes for a shake-out ride in the beautiful area around Mont Ventoux. A nutritious dinner will ensure your body is primed for tomorrow’s challenge.
Be ready for an early morning wake-up call on Sunday in order to get you to your race pen on time. After securing your bikes on the van, we’ll transport you down to the start line in Vaison la Romaine. Tonight’s celebratory dinner will heighten spirits and cement friendships as we recount tales of our exploits on the bike. Monday morning’s transfer back to the airport will be bitter-sweet, but there is always next year.

La Ferme des Bélugues
Your home for l’Etape du Tour is La Ferme des Bélugues, a renovated Provencal farm. Surrounded by vines and olives trees, this sun-kissed corner of Provence is the perfect base.
